Barry O. would like the origional design but it would hve to have a bayonet affixed rifle stuck in the ground w/empty boots in front of it .</description>

If it&#039;s a stand your ground or reasonable fear state then he was fine, but if in a state like WA or CA he needs a good lawyer because the &quot;thug&quot; never pointed his weapon at the clerk. Unless there was a verbal threat, you can&#039;t prove Motive/Intent. I agree with being culpable if green shirt guy is shot, regardless of how dumb he is walking through a firefight. Thug fires first, it&#039;s weapons free after that.</description>
